Caution About Tea!

Everybody wants to be healty, it is a fact. And most of people likes tea. It is recommended that, to be healty, tea should be drunk at least one hour before the meal. Be careful about that tea shouldnt't have radiation. In tune, if it is possible, it is important to drink green tea. Green tea is heathful for human body. And if posible, drink tea with its sediments. Because it includes very good antioxidants.
